- All nice and dandy, except if you use UUCP to get compressed news batches
- like me. There is _absolutely_ _no_ _way_ to exclude certain posts, unless
- you have an agreement with your provider to filter out posts above a
- certain length, or with certain contents _before batching_. This is not
- easily done, requires at least some programming knowledge and a 'special case
- agreement' which will cost you money, since the provider has to invest their
- valuable time. Even then the program or script to do this would have to be
- pretty intelligent to not throw away relevant articles and also get those
- spams that are smaller than an arbitrary limit of say, 100 KB per message.

- just not worth their while.
